Duties Lead engaging gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels, ensuring safety and fun at all times Demonstrate proper techniques for tumbling, with enthusiasm and clarity Foster a supportive environment that encourages confidence, teamwork, and personal growth among students Manage class behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and clear expectations Assist with program development by introducing new activities and skill progressions to keep classes fresh and exciting Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained and equipment is properly used and maintained Support the overall operation of the gym by participating in events, competitions, and promotional activities as needed Skills Energetic personality with a lively approach to coaching and engaging students Familiarity with gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling a definite plus Strong behavior management skills to motivate students positively while maintaining discipline Ability to work well with children and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles Join us if you're ready to energize young minds and bodies while advancing your coaching career!
