D1 Training East Cooper is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Head Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead our coaching staff, elevate the athlete experience, and drive performance across our facility. This role combines the responsibilities of a Lead Coach , Personal Training Manager , and Team Leader . You'll be responsible for coaching athletes of all ages, mentoring and developing coaches, overseeing personal training operations, and ensuring every athlete receives the high-level experience D1 is known for. Position Summary The Head Strength & Conditioning Coach is responsible for leading the coaching team, delivering exceptional training experiences, and ensuring consistent execution of the D1 Training philosophy. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines coaching, staff development, and operational oversight. You will play a critical role in athlete development, coach accountability, member retention, and overall facility success.
