Coaches will lead practices, coach tournaments, teach volleyball fundamentals, promote teamwork and sportsmanship, and help athletes reach their full potential in a positive and competitive environment. Responsibilities Plan and lead organized, high-energy volleyball practices Teach proper volleyball fundamentals, techniques, and game strategy Coach athletes during tournaments and league play Create a positive, disciplined, and encouraging team culture Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club directors Monitor athlete development and provide constructive feedback Ensure player safety and maintain a professional environment Assist with tryouts, clinics, camps, and club events Promote good sportsmanship, leadership, and accountability Follow all club policies and expectations Qualifications Previous volleyball coaching and/or competitive playing experience preferred Knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, rotations, and game systems Ability to work with athletes of various ages and skill levels Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Positive attitude with a passion for developing young athletes Reliable transportation and weekend tournament availability Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification preferred Schedule Evening weekday practices Weekend tournaments and occasional travel required Seasonal and part-time opportunities available Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and team level Opportunities for additional training sessions and private lessons Ideal Candidate We are looking for coaches who are enthusiastic, motivated, dependable, and committed to helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character.
