As a Women's Basketball Assistant Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our women's basketball program. You will work closely with the Head Coach, providing valuable insights and strategies to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth of our student-athletes. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist the Head Coach in developing and executing game strategies, scouting reports, and practice plans. 2. Contribute to the recruitment and evaluation of prospective student-athletes, ensuring a talented and diverse roster. 3. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing basketball camps and clinics. 4. Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to student-athletes, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. 5. Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and ensure and ensure compliance with NCAA and university regulations. 6. Promote a positive team culture and foster an environment that encourages excellence, sportsmanship, and personal accountability.
