Swim Coach - REACH Swim Lessons We are hiring a dependable, warm, and experienced Swim Coach to teach small‑group and one‑on‑one lessons for ages 1.5 through adult , including beginners, fearful swimmers, and special‑needs students . Lessons take place in heated partner‑hotel pools across Middle Tennessee and Louisiana. Coaches must communicate clearly with parents, maintain a calm and encouraging teaching style, and uphold the highest safety standards. Responsibilities Teach safe, structured lessons for ages 1.5 to adult Provide adaptive instruction for special‑needs students Communicate professionally with parents before and after lessons Maintain safety, enforce pool rules, and track student progress Represent REACH with professionalism at partner hotel locations Qualifications 2+ years of one‑on‑one swim teaching experience Must have worked at a swim school within 1 year of applying Experience with special‑needs students , babies, and adult beginners 21 years or older At least one previous swim‑coaching certification (current or expired) CPR/First Aid required (or willing to obtain) Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality Join Us Help families feel safe, supported, and confident in the water.
