Duties Design and implement engaging cheerleading routines that emphasize teamwork, coordination, and spirit Coach students on cheerleading techniques, stunts, jumps, tumbling, and dance moves with safety as a top priority Organize practices, rehearsals, and performances for school or community events Promote positive behavior management strategies to foster respectful and inclusive team environments Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate sports activities and extracurricular programs Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage personal growth in athletic skills Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions, including proper use of equipment and spotting techniques Skills Proven experience in cheerleading coaching or related sports coaching roles Background in physical education, teaching, or working with students in sports settings Knowledge of cheerleading stunts, tumbling, dance routines, and choreography Strong understanding of behavior management strategies to motivate and discipline youth teams Experience with martial arts such as Karate or Judo is a plus for stunt safety and discipline training Familiarity with swimming or climbing activities can enhance versatility in coaching diverse physical skills Ability to communicate clearly and motivate young athletes while maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere Join us as a Cheerleading Coach to inspire energetic performances that build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong skills!
