Description:
Father Ryan High School is seeking a Head Coach to work in the Athletic Department. This position will report to the Director of Athletics, while collaborating with the athletic administration. The Head coach should be highly motivated, organized, and innovative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with Father Ryan alumni, student athletes, parents, past parents, prospective families, and friends
Requirements:
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities Teaching relevant skills, tactics, and techniques Monitoring and enhancing performance by providing education, encouragement, and constructive feedback Identifying strengths and weaknesses Advising about health and lifestyle Developing training programs Undertaking administrative tasks Assisting with sports promotion/development. Competencies Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational, planning and follow-up skills Ability to successfully prioritize and manage coaching and directing athletics Bachelor's degree or higher Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, innovative Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and remain flexible Key Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Great Communication Teamwork Leadership skills Passion and Vision Perspective
