Job Goal:
Assist the head coach with practice and meets
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Willingness to spend afternoon and evening time in team activities Work under the direction and supervision of the head coach and athletic director
Qualifications:
Successful coaching experience preferred. Strong knowledge of all aspects of the sport. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and relate in a positive manner to students, staff, and the community. Good planning, organization and administrative skills.
