Job Expectations:
Lead Practice Willingness to spend afternoon and evening time in team activities Work under the direction and supervision of the athletic director and principal
Qualifications:
Success head coaching experience preferred Strong knowledge of all aspects of the sport Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and relate in a positive manner to students, staff, and the community Good planning, organization and administrative skills Coaching supplement based on coaching salary supplement schedule Strong knowledge in leading one of the state's top volleyball programs. Successful head coaching experience preferred; however, consideration will be given to an assistant coach with outstanding potential
