Part-Time (Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends) Position Summary We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-focused Swim Instructors to join our team. Instructors will be responsible for teaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels in a positive, structured, and engaging environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, promoting water safety, and helping others build confidence in the water. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality swim instruction to individuals and small groups Follow established lesson plans and skill progressions Create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment Evaluate swimmer progress and provide feedback to participants and parents Enforce pool rules and safety procedures at all times Assist with setup and cleanup of lesson equipment Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families Qualifications Previous swim experience required; teaching or coaching experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with children of varying ages and abilities Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Comfortable working in and around water for extended periods Certifications (Required or Willing to Obtain) Lifeguard Certification CPR/AED and First Aid Certification Lifeguard certification courses are available through our facility for candidates who are not yet certified; however, course fees are the responsibility of the employee.
