Immediate The Opportunity Jump Start Sports is hiring energetic athletes and coaches for our upcoming July Summer Camps and evening programs in the Allen, Frisco, and McKinney areas! We lead recreational sports for kids ages 4-11, focusing entirely on fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun. If you love staying active and inspiring the next generation of athletes, this is the perfect summer gig.

Volleyball (Primary Focus),

Soccer, T-Ball, Dodgeball, Track & Field, Kickball, Basketball Curriculum Provided:

We provide a structured "playbook" and equipment for every program—no guesswork required. Fall is

Optional:

Continuing into the Fall season is available for coaches who wish to stay on. The Schedule (Dynamic & Flexible) Work is assigned week-to-week based on program registration. We offer both daytime camps and evening programs to fit your schedule:

Summer Camp Hours:

Monday - Friday | Shifts between 9:00 AM - 4:00

PM Summer Evening Programs:

Weekday evenings | Shifts run until 7:00 PM Fall Hours (Optional): Continued evening and weekend hours are available if you choose to stay on with us.

Position Requirements Experience:

1+ years as a competitive player (High School/College) OR youth coaching experience.

Sports Knowledge:

Strong familiarity with Volleyball is highly preferred, alongside a general comfort level coaching youth recreational sports.

Skills:

Ability to physically demonstrate basic sports drills and lead groups of children with high energy, enthusiasm, and patience.

Logistics:

Must be 18+ years old, have reliable transportation to locations across Allen, Frisco, and McKinney, and be able to pass a background check. Why Apply?
