Head Coach (Middle School Athletics)

Job Overview Unparalleled Preparatory Academy (UPA) is a growing charter middle school committed to developing student-athletes through character, leadership, academics, and competition. We are seeking passionate coaches who want to help build a strong athletic culture and make a lasting impact on students. The Coach is responsible for leading student-athletes in skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth while supporting the mission and values of the school. Responsibilities Plan and conduct practices Teach sport-specific fundamentals and strategies Foster a positive team culture Supervise student-athletes during practices and competitions Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff Maintain equipment and uniforms Ensure athlete safety and adherence to school policies Support academic accountability among student-athletes Attend games, meets, and school athletic events

Experience Required:

High school diploma or GED Experience coaching and/or playing the sport Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred:
