Part-Time CrossFit Coach - North Austin CrossFit Uncommon is looking for a high-level part-time coach to join our team in North Austin. We are not just looking for someone to run classes — we're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and wants to grow.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of CrossFit coaching experience CrossFit Level 1 (minimum) Experience coaching foundational / On-Ramp sessions Strong communication and leadership skills Background in service, athletics, or disciplined environments preferred Growth mindset — always looking to improve and develop Ability to connect with members and build relationships

Your Role:

Coach CrossFit classes with energy, structure, and professionalism Lead and develop new members through On-Ramp sessions Deliver a high-level member experience every class Support gym events and community initiatives Uphold the standards and culture of

CrossFit Uncommon Who This Is For:

Coaches who take pride in their craft Individuals who want to be part of a high-performance environment Someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged and can take ownership

Someone just looking to "pick up a few classes" Coaches who aren't invested in growth or development Anyone not aligned with structure, leadership, and accountability
