Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Coaching Manager (internally known as our "Third Key" or 3K Manager) to join our growing KS team! This is a unique, fast-paced hybrid role where you will split your time 50/50: spending half your week on the floor coaching incredible classes, and the other half driving growth by calling parents and selling them on the KS experience! If you are goal-oriented, outgoing, and ready to step into a leadership role where you occasionally run the show, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Base Pay Hourly:

What You'll Be Doing:
You will work roughly 30-40 hours per week, split evenly (15-20 hours coaching / 15-20 hours in sales and administration). Sales, Growth & Administration (15-20 hours/week) Lead the
Charge:
Act as a leader during your allotted sales hours.
Drive Revenue:
Sell KS memberships, summer camps, and birthday parties to local parents. Hit the
Phones:
Reach out to new leads the second they hit our inbox. You will make high-volume outbound calls to book trials and close sales, working to meet and exceed weekly conversion goals.
Lead Management:
Monitor our email, Podium, and CRM for membership, camp, and birthday inquiries.
Marketing & Outreach:
Manage public Facebook Ads, send out promotional emails/texts for all profit centers, and participate in meetings.
Customer Service:
Handle quick member requests (under 5 minutes) like class make-ups and message-taking. Coaching (15-20 hours/week) Coach on the
Floor:
Deliver high-energy, engaging KS classes that kids and parents love.
Maintain Excellence:
Pass quarterly coaching evaluations to ensure our programs remain top-tier.
What We're Looking For:

Mentality:
You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, follow up with parents, and confidently close the sale.
A Natural Coach:
You have a loud, positive voice and a genuine passion for youth development.
Organized & Tech-Savvy:
You can easily navigate CRM systems, email, and texting platforms to manage leads.
Reliable Leader:
You are responsible enough to hold the "Third Key," open/close the facility, and run the building when the GM/AGM is away.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
