Varsity Lacrosse Offensive Coordinator (part time) Warrior Lacrosse Club Austin, TX Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Seasonal | Contract $20 - $50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications School experience CPR Certification Sports team experience Employee relationship building Team development Bachelor's degree AED Certification Full Job Description The Warrior Men's High School Lacrosse Club (Westwood, McNeil and Round Rock High Schools) is seeking an offensive coordinator for the Warrior Lacrosse Team located in Austin, Texas to begin as early as June 2026. The offensive coordinator (OC) will be responsible for coaching the offensive players on individual skills and offensive systems and implementing effective offensive game strategies. The OC will be the primary coach for managing offensive strategy within games. Coaching philosophy and style align with our focus on personal growth and development for our student-athletes, support the lacrosse program's progression, and are committed to growing the game. Other responsibilities include promoting and creating a positive team culture, developing fundamental skills of the game, organizing, and enthusiastically participating in running practices as support for the head coach. It is expected that OC will maintain a high standard of integrity in all aspects of team management, foster a culture that promotes the values and academic experience of the student and will conduct all aspects of the program within the rules, regulations, and procedures of THSLL. Qualified candidates will possess relevant lacrosse coaching experience with an in-depth knowledge of offensive elements of lacrosse. Ideal coaching candidates should have experience coaching at the high school, club and/or college level. The OC will maintain a positive constructive working relationship with the Coaches and Board of Directors; and have an unwavering commitment to academic integrity, student-athlete safety, and welfare. Certifications, licenses, and qualifications required for this position: Background check, USA Lacrosse Coaching Certification, successful completion of CPR and AED certifications.
