What You'll Do As a KidStrong Coach, you'll lead engaging classes that inspire kids to learn, grow, and succeed.

Responsibilities include:

Leading high-energy, interactive classes for children Coaching kids through physical, cognitive, and character-building activities Creating a safe, fun, and encouraging environment Building positive relationships with members and families Delivering an exceptional experience during every class Working collaboratively with a supportive team dedicated to child development Ideal Backgrounds We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience in: Coaching Teaching Personal Training Physical Education Child Development Athletics Customer Service Youth Programs or Camps Qualifications Experience working with children, coaching, teaching, or fitness preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills High energy and confidence leading groups Ability to motivate and engage children of varying ages CPR/AED Certification required Why Join KidStrong North Austin?
