PURPOSE:
To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. To develop student's skills and ability level in core subject areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Has the ability to organize and supervise the basketball program. 2. Has previous successful coaching experience in basketball. 3. Teaching field open. Applicable certification would be required.
REPORTS TO
The girls athletic director and the high school principals
SALARY:
See BISD Salary Schedule + $7000 Basketball Stipend + 2nd Sport Stipend + 10 Days Stipend + $1500 CDL Stipend if applicable BISD pays $325.00 towards medical premium BISD pays Telehealth premium for employee BISD provides a $10,000 Life Insurance Policy for employee
