This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to player development, teamwork, and creating a positive training environment. Responsibilities Plan and conduct structured soccer training sessions Develop players' technical skills and game understanding Coach teams during games, tournaments, and club events Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff Assist with player evaluations and development plans Qualifications Previous soccer coaching or playing experience preferred Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and tactics Ability to motivate and mentor youth athletes Reliable, punctual, and professional Coaching license (USSF or equivalent) is a plus but not required Schedule Evening practices (weekdays) Weekend games and tournaments Pay Competitive pay based on experience Work Location In person (Brownsville, TX) How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief summary of your coaching or playing experience.
