For over 22 years, BCS Fitness has coached busy adults 40+ in Bryan-College Station to look, move, and feel better. Small-group and one-on-one personal training ...built on real programming and real relationships, not random workouts and revolving doors. We're looking for our next great Head Coach. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) and real coaching experience
- An exceptional communicator. Our members are adults 40-60...clarity, warmth, and professionalism matter as much as programming
- High character. Coachable. Genuinely committed to getting better
- Someone who wants to plant roots and build something.
