Seeking Sports Performance Specialists that are available to work at our Coppell performance center. Redline Athletics is a National sports performance brand that specializes in comprehensive athletic development and speed and agility training for athletes of all ages. Our performance centers includes indoor turf field, full-length batting cages, basketball half-court, and a state-of-the-art strength room. While we focus primarily on small group strength and conditioning training, we also offer one-on-one skill instruction, team training, and training programs such as Intro to Sports. Our training programs offer athletes the ability to improve their performance and reduce their risk of injury in a dynamic, fast-paced training environment. As a Sports Performance Specialist ("SPS"), you will inspire and lead athletes as they train for their next level of competition. Redline trainers have a passion for athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience, combined with their education and certifications, create a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities of this position include executing the Redline training programs in small groups and one-on-one settings. We are looking for coaches who are extremely high-energy, motivating, passionate about health & performance, and ready to make a difference in each client's life. Training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional client services by leading dynamic and engaging training session Conduct safe and effective group training sessions Master our signature training programs, individualized movement assessment, and modify as needed for individual clients Hone in on client form and safety and provide guidance and/or feedback as needed Build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients Be outgoing and engage every client, in every class Develop leadership skills, confidence, work ethic and teamwork, both on and off the turf Use individual attention to ensure every client is successful Use positive reinforcement to encourage improvement and celebrate success Conduct safe and effective group training sessions Maintain a friendly, positive relationship with every client Qualifications A High School diploma is required Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Nutrition or a related field a plus Previous collegiate or professional athletic experience a plus Certification in strength and conditioning or personal training a plus Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with the Redline's core values Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relational skills. Must have a passion for working with adult and youth athletes Must maintain a positive and motivational attitude Must have a passion for sports, health, and human performance

$18.00 - $40.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have any prior experience coaching/teaching speed and agility? If so, please explain. This position works from 3:30-8:00pm on weekdays and 9:30am-12:00pm on Saturdays. Are you available to work these timeframes? Our sessions are available Monday - Saturday.
