Operated by Impact Activities , we are committed to delivering high-quality programming, exceptional customer service, and a strong community atmosphere across all levels of play. With consistent court traffic, a growing membership base, and year-round programming, Fretz provides an unmatched environment for coaches looking to build a full schedule and advance their careers. Position Overview We are seeking motivated, experienced, and certified tennis professionals to join our team full-time. This is not just a coaching role—this is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a leadership or Director-level position within our organization. We are looking for coaches who are driven, professional, and passionate about player development, programming, and long-term career growth in the industry. What Makes This Opportunity Unique High-volume facility = consistent lesson and program demand Strong earning potential through a combination of: Competitive commission on private lessons Competitive commission structure for adult drills Competitive hourly rates for junior programming Opportunity to build a full book of business quickly Clear growth pathway into leadership/director roles Work within a multi-facility organization with advancement opportunities across DFW Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs Actively build and maintain a strong client base Assist with development and execution of adult and junior programming Provide excellent customer service and on-court experience Support tournaments, leagues, camps, and special events Collaborate with management on program growth and operations Minimum Qualifications Current tennis certification required (one of the following or equivalent): USPTA (RSPA) PTR Minimum 3+ years of coaching experience (more experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to teach players of all ages and levels Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued) Experience running or assisting with junior development programs or adult programs Background in tournament or high-performance coaching Interest in program management and leadership development Existing client base (a plus, but not required) Compensation & Schedule Full-time position Compensation structure includes: Competitive commission-based earnings on private lessons Competitive commission for adult drills Competitive hourly rates for junior programs Earning potential is highly competitive within the DFW market Schedule will include a mix of Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends Compensation packages are tailored based on experience and qualifications.
