We are looking for coaches with a strong coaching background, experience playing at a high level (high school, college, or beyond), and a proven ability to develop young athletes both on and off the field. Ideal candidates will have experience coaching football and possess the ability to build and implement offensive and/or defensive systems. We are seeking coaches who can call plays during games, develop offensive or defensive playbooks, teach fundamentals, and make adjustments throughout the season. Coaches who are comfortable coaching both sides of the ball are highly preferred. We value individuals who demonstrate integrity, responsibility, professionalism, respect, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for mentoring youth. Our coaches serve as role models and are expected to create a positive, competitive, and developmental environment for athletes. We will be fielding two 6th-grade tackle football teams and four youth flag football teams. Some coaches may work exclusively with tackle football, some exclusively with flag football, and others may coach a combination of both programs.
