Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance players' skills, strategies, and physical conditioning. Lead team practices, games, and tournaments with energy, motivation, and a focus on teamwork and sportsmanship. Recruit talented student-athletes by promoting the program within the community and engaging with local schools. Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes discipline, respect, and personal growth. Collaborate with staff and parents to coordinate schedules, events, and athletic initiatives. Monitor player progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback to support improvement. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all practices tournaments, including basic first aid knowledge when necessary. Skills Proven experience in baseball and baseball coaching Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage team dynamics effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with players, parents, staff, and community members. Knowledge of baseball principles and training techniques relevant to baseball. Ability to incorporate drills that develop both individual skills like batting or pitching and team strategies. Experience working with players of diverse backgrounds while promoting an inclusive environment. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to maintain discipline during practices and games.
