Eustace High School is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher/Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing our students academically and athletically, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the values of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the academic requirements and cater to the needs of each student. 2. Conduct classes in a manner that fosters a positive learning environment and encourages student participation. 3. Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and assist them in improving their knowledge and skills. 4. Plan, organize, and lead practices and games for the football team. 5. Develop and implement football strategies and game plans. 6. Mentor student-athletes, promoting the values of teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship. 7. Communicate effectively with parents, school administration, and other staff members regarding student progress and the football program.

Skills:

1. Excellent knowledge of teaching practices and a strong understanding of football coaching techniques. 2. Strong leadership and team management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to inspire and motivate students. 5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:
