Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Eustace High School as a Teacher/Football-Defensive Coach. This dual role requires a professional who is committed to both academic excellence and fostering a competitive and supportive environment for our football team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the academic requirements and cater to the needs of each student. 2. Maintain a well-disciplined and orderly learning environment. 3. Evaluate student performance regularly and provide feedback for improvement. 4. Serve as the Football-Defensive Coach, planning and executing training sessions for the team. 5. Develop defensive strategies and game plans. 6. Mentor and guide players, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a competitive spirit. 7. Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure the overall development of the team. 8. Ensure compliance with all school and athletic department regulations and policies.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and football coaching techniques. 3. Ability to motivate and inspire students and athletes. 4. Strong organizational and leadership skills. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and coaching staff.

Certifications:
