  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Women's Gymnastics Team Coach to inspire and develop talented gymnasts in a vibrant athletic environment.
This role involves designing training programs, fostering teamwork, and guiding athletes to achieve their personal and competitive goals. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a commitment to excellence, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere for all team members. As a key member of our sports program, you will play an essential role in nurturing athletic talent while emphasizing safety, discipline, and sportsmanship. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive training plans tailored to athletes' skill levels and competitive schedules Lead daily practice sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety, and engagement Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior among team members Coordinate with administrative staff on scheduling, competitions, and travel arrangements Implement injury prevention strategies and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns Foster a supportive environment that encourages growth, confidence, and resilience in athletes Requirements Proven experience coaching women's gymnastics or similar athletic disciplines at various skill levels Strong background in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or related fields Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and training methodologies Excellent communication skills for working with athletes, parents, and staff Ability to manage behavior effectively and promote a positive team culture Experience with childcare or working with children in educational or recreational settings Familiarity with other sports such as cheerleading, climbing, martial arts (e.g., Karate, Judo), swimming or basketball is a plus Certifications in lifeguarding or first aid are desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is preferred Join us to make a lasting impact on young athletes' lives!
