We are looking for men and women who are passionate about mentoring student-athletes, building strong team cultures, and using athletics as a platform for discipleship. At Grace Covenant Academy, athletics are an extension of our mission to disciple students through a rigorous Christian education. Coaches are expected to model biblical principles and support the spiritual, academic, and athletic development of our students. Current Openings Middle School Boys Basketball Coach High School Girls Basketball Coach High School Boys Basketball Coach Middle School Boys Flag Football Coach High School Boys Flag Football Coach High School Track Coach Responsibilities Plan and conduct practices and team activities. Supervise student-athletes during practices, competitions, and team events. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and character development. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration. Serve as a Christian role model for student-athletes. Support and uphold the mission, vision, and Statement of Faith of Grace Covenant Academy. Encourage students to pursue excellence in athletics while honoring Christ in competition and daily life.

Qualifications Successful candidates will:

Profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Demonstrate a mature and growing Christian walk. Be an active member or regular attendee of a Bible-believing church. Agree with and support the school's Statement of Faith and Christian mission. Possess the ability to mentor and disciple students from a biblical worldview. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Have previous coaching experience. Successfully complete all required background checks and training.
