Golf Coach

Overview This isn't a typical teaching job. At Integrity Golf Performance in Frisco, TX, we build athletes. Our coaches work inside a state-of-the-art facility with TrackMan, GEARS 3D, SAM PuttLab, and PuttView — integrated into a performance system built around motor learning science, performance psychology, and constraint-based coaching. We're looking for a coach who's hungry to understand why performance breaks down, not just fix it on the range. Someone who leads with curiosity, serves their athletes, and wants to grow inside a structured coaching environment with real mentorship and methodology. PGA membership or active pursuit preferred. • Develop expertise across all four IGP departments: golf coaching, club fitting, golf fitness, and mental performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, development-focused communication
• Document every session and deliver recaps through the IGP App (CoachNow)
• Conduct coaching sessions across all formats — full swing, short game, playing lessons, and course strategy
• Recommend IGP services tailored to each student's individual needs and goals
• Curate and share relevant coaching content that supports each athlete's development
• Assist with indoor tournaments, private events, and facility operations as needed
• Represent and actively promote IGP within the Frisco community
• Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and ongoing professional development
• Uphold all facility and equipment standards in accordance with IGP SOPs
• Keep all areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Stay current on facility events, programming, and community initiatives
• Maintain your own playing ability and competency across all areas of the game
