• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Youth Soccer Coach to inspire and develop our Valley Ranch FC boys and girls through engaging soccer programs.

In this role, you will lead youth teams, foster teamwork, and promote physical activity while ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. Your enthusiasm for sports and dedication to teaching will help young athletes build skills, confidence, and a love for the game. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through sports coaching. Duties Plan and deliver age-appropriate soccer training sessions that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship Lead youth teams during practices and matches, encouraging active participation and fair play Monitor player behavior on and off the field, applying effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive environment Provide guidance on basic sports techniques, rules, and safety procedures to players of all skill levels Collaborate with parents, guardians, and program coordinators to support each child's growth and enjoyment in the sports Key Responsibilities Conduct two weekly training sessions (90 minutes each) for assigned age groups Design and implement structured, age-appropriate soccer training programs Prepare players for competitive tournaments and match play Collaborate closely with the Technical Director to align coaching methods and development goals Arrive early and punctually to sessions to set up drills and equipment Foster a positive, disciplined, and supportive environment for young players Communicate effectively with players in EnglishRequirements Prior experience as a soccer player and/or academic/select team coach Strong understanding of youth player development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children Demonstrated good character and professionalism Must pass a background check Join Valley Ranch FC and help shape the next generation of athletes!
