The role of this position is to create a united front allowing for inclusion and diversity while working towards a common goal. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross Country Coach:
To coach, plan and deliver cross country sessions.
PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Comply with The British International School of Houston policies and regulations. Follow Coaches handbook rules and regulations. Maintains control of storage and use of school property. Cooperate with co-workers and staff. Relate positively to parents and community.
ABOUT YOU
One or more years' of experience coaching student-athletes. Applicants must be able to perform physically without restrictions while coaching classes. Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures. Excellent analytical skills
with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
