Teach and reinforce proper stroke technique, starts, turns, and race strategies. Provide constructive feedback and individualized instruction to swimmers. Support athlete progression through goal setting, performance evaluation, and skill development. Attend and assist at local, regional, and championship swim meets as assigned. Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe training environment. Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and coaching staff. Assist with team events, clinics, and community outreach activities. Adhere to all USA Swimming policies, including Safe Sport requirements and athlete protection guidelines. Qualifications Competitive swimming background required; collegiate swimming experience preferred. Previous coaching experience with age-group or competitive swimmers preferred. Strong knowledge of stroke mechanics, training methodologies, and race preparation. Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers of varying ages and skill levels.
