!!! Kidokinetics Mansfield is looking for energetic and fun individuals with a genuine love for children to become a Kidokinetics Sports Fitness Coach. About Us Kidokinetics Mansfield is a mobile sports enrichment program. We introduce sports to kids in a FUN and non-competitive way, teaching children the fundamentals of ALL sports for children 18 months to 12 years old. Programs are conducted at schools, parks and private residences. Coaches will be assigned a set schedule of sites that would be consistent on a weekly basis. Our programs are offered Monday-Friday during school hours. Occasional weekend hours would be needed for special events/birthday parties. Skills and Requirements- This position requires a High school diploma and valid driver's license.
- MUST have a reliable car, as we are a mobile program.
- Applicants must pass a level 2 background check to be considered for employment.

PREVIOUS
experience working with children in childcare settings (daycare staff, coach, teacher, early childhood sports coach, babysitter, kids camp volunteer, gymnastics, nanny, VBS teacher) is preferred- The role is perfect for college students, stay-at-home spouses, freelancers, recent high school graduates (18+), empty nesters/retired parents, or anyone with a flexible daytime schedule.
- We are looking for both part-time and full-time employees as the program expands. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote physical activity and sportsmanship among children.
- Provide coaching in various sports such as basketball, golf, and soccer, ensuring safety and skill development.
- Supervise children during activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain records of children's participation and progress in programs, adapting approaches as necessary.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to discuss children's progress and address any concerns. Compensation
- The starting hourly rate depends on experience with reimbursement for travel and mileage. You will be compensated bi-weekly for teaching, drive time and mileage.
- Paid training provided prior to teaching on your own.
