Full Job Description Job Description:
Super Soccer Stars is looking for passionate and dedicated coaches to join our team. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children ages 1-12 and teach them soccer skills in a fun and educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead soccer classes and instruct children on basic soccer techniques Engage and motivate children to participate and have fun Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Provide feedback and encouragement to children Ensure the safety of all participants
Requirements Requirements:
Experience playing soccer or strong knowledge of the game is required. Experience with age-appropriate coaching for young children, including positive behavior management and child safety procedures during sessions, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience communicating with parents in a child-focused program setting, are required. Business-fluent English and Spanish are required. Able to run with children during drills, stay active outdoors, and stand for the full session. Eligible to work in the United States. Availability to work Wednesday mornings from 10am to 12pm, Wednesday afternoons from 6pm to 7pm, and Fridays from 2pm to 4pm is required. Prior experience working with children, preferably in a coaching or teaching role with young children ages 2-5, is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus. An active CPR certification is a plus. Benefits What we offer!
