We handle everything — registration, equipment, and marketing — so our instructors can focus on what they do best: delivering a great experience. About the Role We're looking for a certified swim instructor to lead youth swim lessons at the Solterra community pool this summer. Sessions run Monday and Wednesday in 30-minute blocks, serving participants ages 3-12. Responsibilities Deliver age-appropriate, skill-differentiated 30-minute swim lessons Group participants by ability level within the 3-12 age range Track individual progress and communicate updates to parents after each session Maintain active water-safety supervision and lifeguarding protocols at all times Compensation Competitive commission rates based on class revenue. Schedule Monday & Wednesday | 30-minute lesson blocks Requirements Current swim instruction certification (WSI or equivalent) CPR, AED, and Lifeguard certification required Background check required Experience teaching children ages 3-12 Strong communication skills with parents and community members
