Volleyball Coach at N3xt Athletics, where your passion for sports and youth development will inspire the next generation of athletes! In this energetic role, you will lead volleyball training sessions, foster teamwork, and promote a positive sporting environment. Your expertise will help athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and achieve their personal best. Duties Lead team practices, drills, and competitive matches to develop technical skills and strategic understanding Foster a motivating environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline Monitor athlete progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement Organize team events, tournaments, and community outreach activities to enhance team spirit and visibility Experience Prior coaching experience in volleyball or other team sports is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work with children and adolescents in a sports or educational setting Knowledge of physical education principles and sports training techniques Experience in teaching or coaching is a plus Familiarity with other sports like basketball or flag football enhances versatility in coaching roles Join us at N3xt Athletics where your coaching expertise will ignite passion for sports while fostering growth both on and off the court!
