Job Description

Baseball Strength and Conditioning/Performance Coach D1 Training in Prosper, TX is looking for an experienced baseball performance coach to join our quickly growing team. Evening and weekend availability is a must, as that is when our baseball athletes are available to train! The Baseball Performance Coach should have the ability to step in on day 1 and work with any client we throw at them. Athletes range from ages 6-18 and have varying levels of baseball experience. D1 coaches lead individual and team training for high school and select baseball teams. In addition, D1 coaches also provide 1-on-1 and small group training for adult, scholastic, and professional athletes. The person we hire will be a high-energy and strong character individual with a relentless work ethic. Here at D1 Training we work hard & play hard. You must show up every single day ready to have fun with high energy. If you don't bring the juice, or are up & down day to day, you aren't a good fit for this high-performance team.

We are NOT looking for a Baseball TEAM Coach, we are looking for a Baseball Strength and Conditioning Performance Specialist!
Qualifications:
MUST:
CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification required Athletic/Baseball Background 1+ year of coaching Extensive knowledge of Strength & Conditioning, Speed/Agility, and Advanced Plyometrics Ability to program for 1 on 1 clients, small groups and teams Positive and energetic personality with a "can do" attitude
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Degree from an accredited university (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field) Familiar with the local community; existing relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teams Experience in group, 1:1, small group, and team training settings In joining our team, you'll be responsible for: Developing and providing customized personal training programs for individual clients, small groups. and teams Ensuring safe and effective use of equipment Motivating and building positive relationships with clients and facility members Participating in ongoing personal training growth opportunities and programs Obtaining and maintaining required certificates and licenses Various other duties as assigned
Schedule :
Flexible availability throughout the week, including nights and weekends
Compensation:
