  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team, responsible for guiding and mentoring students in various sports and physical activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching, teaching, or childcare, with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants. This role requires a commitment to promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth among students. Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs for students in tumbling and cheerleading. Provide instruction in tumbling and ensure that all activities are conducted safely and effectively. Manage student behavior and promote a positive atmosphere during practices. Monitor the progress of students, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize events and training sessions. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines during all activities. Engage with parents or guardians to communicate student progress and address any concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in tumbling instruction. Strong background in Level 1, 2, 3 & 4 tumbling skills is highly desirable. Experience working with children or students in an educational or recreational setting. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively guide student interactions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate participants. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
