Full Job Description Hiring Position:

Youth Soccer Coach About San Antonio City Soccer Club SA City SC is a nonprofit youth soccer organization on a mission to provide the community enduring life experiences through the sport of soccer. We are one of San Antonio's top soccer organizations consisting of recreation, competitive and national leagues. About the Youth Soccer Programming SA City's youth soccer programming is the leading youth development platform for upcoming male and female soccer players. This includes our Junior Academy program for U8-U10 age groups. This program has Licensed coaches, dedication to complete player development, multiple levels of play, multiple locations, a robust game schedule, and a culture of positive reinforcement. Our mission with Junior Academy is to inspire high character human beings through our SA City core values: respect, teamwork, accountability, integrity, discipline, leadership, sportsmanship, and FUN. Work is also available within our Micro Academy for U7-U5 age groups. Position The Coach will be in charge of assigned teams. This includes Player, Coach and Parent education, managing player and team placement, Team Coaching assignments, and Program Administration. Coach could work across various programs and different ages. Roles/Tasks

• Coach Teams at practices and games
• Show commitment to Kidsafe/Concussion Protocols
• Other duties as required by SA City Mgt Requirements
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with Players & Parents
• Solid time management skills
• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication in a professional setting
• The ability to develop players, coaches, and programs based on our Club Identity
• Coaching License is preferred but not required Compensation
• Competitive monthly salary. Rate is depending on experience and is per month per team
• This is a part-time position and salary will be reflective of experience and number of teams/players assigned to coach
