Grow Into a Leader. Barcelona Premier Soccer Club (BPSC) is a year-round youth soccer academy serving players ages 4-17 across San Antonio. We develop coaches through a structured growth pathway — from Assistant Coach to Academy Coach, Head Coach, and Site Coordinator (Leadership Track). If you love soccer, enjoy working with kids, and want a long-term role in youth sports development , this is for you.

MANDATORY AVAILABILITY

• Applicants must be available

PART-TIME

: Weekday evenings: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM

• 8:30 PM (2 or more days/week)

Saturdays:

Game days during seasonal months (some months include Saturdays, some do not) ✅ What You'll Do Assist and lead structured soccer training sessions for children and youth Apply our player development methodology focused on skill, confidence, and teamwork Manage groups of 10-20 players in a professional, positive environment Support Head Coaches during training and games Communicate professionally with parents and staff Participate in paid training and internal coach development programs ⭐

Pay & Growth Path Assistant Coach:

$12/hour (No license required — training provided)

Academy Coach:

$15/hour (USSF Grassroots/Basic License + coaching experience required)

Head Coach:

$18
