Part-Time / Seasonal (Clinic-Based) About ACES Volleyball School ACES Volleyball School is a developmental volleyball program focused on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and volleyball IQ in youth athletes. Our training model emphasizes skill progression through awareness, confidence, execution, and success. We serve beginner through intermediate/advanced athletes in a structured, high-energy learning environment. Position Overview ACES Volleyball is seeking energetic, knowledgeable, and positive coaches to lead and support athletes in our clinics and training sessions. Coaches will be responsible for teaching fundamental volleyball skills, running drills, providing feedback, and creating a positive and disciplined learning environment. Key Responsibilities Lead or assist with volleyball clinic sessions for youth athletes (beginner to advanced levels) Teach core skills including serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense, and movement Implement structured drills and station-based training Provide clear, age-appropriate instruction and correction Promote teamwork, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship Maintain a positive, high-energy, and encouraging environment Support athlete development through consistent feedback and encouragement Follow ACES training structure and session plans provided by program leadership Coach Expectations Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and game rules Ability to communicate effectively with youth athletes Positive leadership and role-model behavior Punctuality and professionalism at all sessions Ability to work with multiple skill levels in one environment Team-first mindset aligned with ACES development philosophy Preferred Qualifications Playing experience (club, high school, or collegiate level preferred) Prior coaching or youth sports experience (preferred but not required) Background in volleyball instruction, camps, or clinics USAV, IMPACT, or equivalent certification (a plus) What We Offer Opportunity to coach in a structured, respected volleyball development program Consistent clinic and training opportunities throughout the year Supportive coaching environment and training framework Opportunity to impact young athletes both on and off the court ACES Coaching Philosophy We train athletes to progress through four stages: Awareness
