Swimwise is looking for reliable, dependable instructors to join our team this summer. We provide high-quality, one-on-one swim lessons focused on water safety, confidence, stroke development, and advanced swimming skills.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual Comfortable working with children Positive attitude and willing to learn Professional and responsible Able to commit to a consistent schedule Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to lesson locations
Position Details:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position Starting pay is $30/hour Flexible scheduling Paid training and support Established curriculum and lesson plans Performance-based summer bonus opportunities No experience is necessary, but it is helpful. More important than experience, we're looking for someone families can count on and trust to show up consistently and provide a great experience for our swimmers. The perfect candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, is reliable, patient, and feels comfortable in the water. They should be a strong communicator, positive and takes pride in their teaching. We are looking for instructors who show up on time, come prepared, work hard, and create a fun, encouraging environment for every swimmer. Positions are being filled immediately, so apply as soon as possible.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
