Private Swim Instructor

9am-12pm Monday

• Thursday WSI or other swimming instructor certs are strongly preferred.

We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team. If you have experience working with students and a love for teaching swimming skills, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

• Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans to help students improve their swimming techniques
• Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to enhance their skills and confidence in the water
• Ensure the safety of all participants during swim lessons
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress

Experience:

Must have experience teaching swim lessons. Must be qualified to swim for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate professionally with patrons of all ages and demographics. Must have a knowledge of American Red Cross Swimming programs and appropriate methods of teaching swimming techniques and skills. Must have knowledge of four competitive swim strokes.
