  • Girls JV West High School A position is available for a JV Girls Tennis Coach with Mankato West Athletics for 2 hours per day/5 days per week (after school) beginning August 17th, 2026 and ending October 30th, 2026.
Summary of Duties:
This position leads the coaching and instruction of girl's tennis at the JV level and reports to the head coach and Activities Director. Prepare successful practice and performance plans while encouraging student participation, establishing team rapport, and motivating participants to achieve maximum potential. Be an example of sportsmanship Maintain equipment and inventory of all equipment, including uniforms. Supervise all areas of participation, including but not limited to: gyms, fields, locker rooms, buses, pools, etc. Work collaboratively with other coaching staff, Activities Director, families, and community resources. Maintains compliance with all rules and regulations of the MSHSL.
Qualifications Required:
Must meet MSHSL and Board guidelines
Preferred Qualities:
Previous participation and/or coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
Rate of Pay:
$3500
  • 4550 depending on level, activity, and experience.
