Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach

Position Overview:

Banner Christian School is seeking a Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach to lead and develop student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment. The coach will build a competitive program while emphasizing fundamentals, teamwork, and character development.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct practices and skill development sessions Coach matches and manage rotations and in-game strategy Develop individual and team performance Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork Communicate effectively with players, parents, and administration Ensure compliance with school and conference policies

Schedule Requirements:

Flexible schedule required, including regular evening and weekend hours for practices, matches, and tournaments.

Qualifications:

Previous playing and/or coaching experience preferred (volleyball experience strongly preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to mentor student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment Commitment to the mission and values of Banner Christian School Successful completion of a background check is required Preferred /

Bonus Qualifications:

CPR and First Aid certification Coaching certifications or volleyball-specific training

Pay:

$3,000.00 per year
