Recreational Gymnastics Coach

Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics or related fields and a commitment to fostering a positive and safe environment for students of all ages. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play a vital role in developing athletes' skills, confidence, and love for the sport. Duties Follow weekly lesson plans and adjust to each students ability level. Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques and skills, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide constructive and positive feedback to students to help them improve their performance. Monitor students' progress and adjust training programs as needed. Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth while having fun! Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean and safe for all participants. Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Experience in gymnastics coaching or related fields such as cheerleading or martial arts. Knowledge of physical education principles and child development. Ability to educate students effectively while promoting safety during training sessions. Experience working with children in childcare settings or educational environments. Strong communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and staff.
