SportzNMore is hiring enthusiastic, reliable coaches to lead our multi‑sport enrichment programs for children ages 2-10 across the Greater Seattle area. About SportzNMore SportzNMore is a mobile, play‑based sports and movement program that helps children build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a lifelong love of being active and playing all sports not just 1 or 2 sports. Our curriculum blends a wide range of activities—ball sports, creative movement, gymnastics skills, yoga, and more—into fun, structured sessions that meet kids where they are.

About the Role As a SportzNMore Coach, you will lead high‑energy usually 30-45 mins engaging sessions that help children grow physically, socially, and emotionally. You'll bring structure, warmth, and enthusiasm to every class while following our curriculum and coaching philosophy.

You will:

Lead fun, age‑appropriate sports and movement sessions using our structured curriculum Create a welcoming, encouraging environment where every child feels seen and supported Set up equipment and prepare activities before each class Manage group dynamics with positivity, patience, and confidence Support individual needs while maintaining safety and flow Communicate professionally with school/center staff Maintain accurate attendance and follow safety protocols Transport and care for equipment (15-20 lbs) Represent SportzNMore with professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm Collaborate with the coaching team and contribute to continuous program improvement. What We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you are: Passionate about working with young children Energetic, positive, and patient Comfortable leading physical activities (running, jumping, stretching, basic fitness) Reliable, punctual, and organized Able to travel between class locations Willing to learn and grow through training Able to pass a background check per state childcare guidelines Experience in coaching, teaching, childcare, fitness, or youth programs is a plus—but heart, effort, and coachability matter most. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18-$50/hour (based on experience) After onboarding (typically 3 months): $20-$50/hour Paid training, travel time, and administrative tasks Flexible scheduling Meaningful, rewarding work that makes a real impact Work Locations We serve multiple partner schools and centers across the Seattle Metro Area, including: Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Mercer Island, New Castle, Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds and Woodinville.
