Soccer Coach - Burien Area

Seatown FC is seeking passionate and experienced Soccer Coaches to join our U8

• U16 coaching staff.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective soccer training programs tailored to the needs of players aged 8-15. Provide individualized coaching and mentoring, focusing on player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Foster a positive and supportive team culture. Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive coaching strategy. Monitor player progress and adjust training as needed. Assist with game-day preparation, including warm-ups and strategy. Engage with parents through regular meetings and communication.

Experience:

Previous experience coaching youth soccer, especially with children aged 8-15. Strong understanding of soccer tactics and skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Commitment:

Availability two days a week: Mondays and Friday or Wednesday and Friday. (1.5 hours) In the summer, availability of one or two weekends per month is required for summer tournaments. (July
