We are proud to bring our premier recreational gymnastics program to our new Longview location. We believe that each student deserves exceptional coaching, and that every Northpointe family should receive a safe and encouraging environment to help them see their children succeed. The compensation we offer is based on experience. What we look for in a candidate: ★ The ability to safely and effectively coach children of all ages. ★ A person who can provide a safe, engaging and fun experience to a gymnastics class. ★ A person who loves working and interacting with kids! ★ A person with great communication skills who can effectively communicate and work with both children and parents to help them achieve their goals. ★ Gymnastics experience is a huge plus but not necessary! Additionally, two values we look for in all candidates are courtesy and cooperation.
