Our mission is to help kids succeed in life through sports! Job Summary Serve as an Instructor/Counselor for our multi-sport camp, which includes participants ages 4-11 in a recreational setting. Our Summer Camps run Monday

• Friday from 8 a.m.
• 4 p.m. for 7 weeks (June 29
• August 14) .

You will be responsible for greeting parents and participants, providing excellent customer service, overseeing and actively engaging with groups during passive/active games, drills, and more. We are currently hiring for the following locations:

GRASSLAWN PARK

(6/29-7-2, 7/6-7/10, 7/20-7/24 & 8/3-8/7)

PERRIGO PARK

(7/13-7/17, 7/27-7/31 & 8/10-8/14)

Interview:

Must be able to attend an in-person evening session in Issaquah on either May 26 or May 27.

Training shift:

Must be able to attend a four-hour training shift at Tyee Middle School in Bellevue on June 30 or July 1 Responsibilities Ensure fun, learning, and safety for all participants Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values Manage an age-appropriate level of instruction Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills Qualifications Excellent communication skills Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of participants Must be a critical thinker, have situational awareness, and great attention to detail Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships Must be at least 16 and able to pass a National Criminal Background Check Must be CPR certified (training provided) Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.
