U8 - U16
coaching staff. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a positive, collaborative environment and are dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field. If you're enthusiastic about soccer and committed to making a positive impact in the community, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective soccer training programs tailored to the needs of players aged 8-15. Provide individualized coaching and mentoring, focusing on player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Foster a positive and supportive team culture. Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive coaching strategy. Monitor player progress and adjust training as needed. Assist with game-day preparation, including warm-ups and strategy. Engage with parents through regular meetings and communication.
Experience:
Previous experience coaching youth soccer, especially with children aged 8-15. Strong understanding of soccer tactics and skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
Commitment:
Availability Saturdays - 1.5 hours Compensation y
Benefits:
Payment for group CPR training with the academy. Payment for a D license in U.S. soccer learning through the academy. Competitive monthly stipend during the season. Possibility of generating more income in camps, clinics and academy activities. Seatown FC provides all necessary equipment, training, and support.
